Processing Time All of our products are made to order and lovingly personalised just for you. Please allow 2–3 weeks for your order to be made and dispatched, (although usually sooner).

UK Shipping We offer free standard shipping on all UK orders over £50. Orders under £50 are subject to a standard shipping fee applied at checkout.

International Shipping We're happy to ship worldwide! International shipping rates and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties and import taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient.

Delivery Times Once dispatched, delivery times will vary depending on your location and chosen shipping method. Please allow additional time during busy periods such as Christmas.

Order Tracking Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information where available.
